BRENTWOOD - Since buying the bankrupt golf Club of New England in September 2004, former Gov. Craig Benson and his investment company, SoftDraw Investments, have refused to honor an agreement with the towns of Stratham and Greenland, providing for a 260-acre conservation easement, says a Superior Court lawsuit.

EUGENE-- Oregon men's golf coach Steve Nosler announced Friday he will step down as head coach, effective June 30. During his 14 year tenure with the Ducks, Nosler led the team to 11 tournament titles and three NCAA championship appearances.
